- If the politicians you supported said Trump was going to Make America Great again, you should be furious at his weakening of our alliances with NATO.
- If you supported politicians because they said they were in favor of "states' rights," you should be furious at the States' National Guardsmen & ICE being deployed to cities over the objections of those governors.
- If you supported politicians who wanted Trump to achieve victory in the war on drugs, you should be furious about his pardoning of convicted drug dealer Juan Orlando.
- If you supported politicians who said they were going to expose the Epstein files, you should be furious at Trump's repeated attempts to bury them, and by his DoJ's _ongoing_ suppression & withholding of them, and by Trump's DoJ moving Ghislaine Maxwell to a minimal-security boarding house for minor criminals.
- If you were a "free speech absolutist" you should be furious at Trump for threatening US Senators with death over _accurately_ quoting the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
- If you supported "law & order" and the US Constitution you should be furious over Trump's insistence that he is immune to law, and that Congress (which writes the laws according to the Constitution) is being made subservient to him. You should be furious that Trump willfully violated the Presidential Records Act and blocked his own investigation and trial.
- If you thought MAHA would improve the country's health, you should be furious about the first and largest outbreaks of measles in decades, you should be furious about gutting the National Institutes of Health's funding. You should also be furious at cuts to health insurance subsidies and the decade-long wait for Trump's health care plan.
- If you wanted to eliminate waste, fraud & abuse, you should be furious at Trump pardoning people in exchange for bribes & endorsements.
- If you wanted to fight evil, you should be furious at the current Administration's endorsements of foreign dictators.
- If you wanted the US to withdraw from ill-advised, endless foreign wars, you should be furious at Trump's invasion of Venezuela and threats against Greenland, Canada, and Iran.
- If you thought Trump would lower inflation, you should be furious that his tariffs, increased military spending, and decreased taxes on the wealthy are driving up inflation - and that they were widely predicted to do so before he took office.
- If you thought that immigrants (or racial minorities, or gays, or trans folk) were ruining the country, you should be furious that Trump's crusade against DEI policies have removed highly-qualified, hard-working people from office, while making the government less efficient.
- If you thought Trump's policies would benefit middle America, you should be furious that his cuts to USAID and his trade wars have made things increasingly difficult for US farmers.
- If you thought Trump would make America respected, you should be furious that his secretary of defense distributed war plans to a journalist before a major attack. You should be furious that Trump's lack of resolve in Ukraine, and his go-it-alone, my-way-or-the-highway approach to NATO, Greenland & Canada, have branded the US and Trump as unreliable, useless allies. You should be furious that he routinely loses track of facts and can't cite specifics to justify his policies.
- If you thought Biden was too old, you should be furious that Trump's rarely able to stay away through his own meetings and can't keep track of the topics he's chosen to speak about.
- If you voted for transparency in government, you should be furious at the way DoGE hid its operations, at the Administration's stonewalling over federal investigations, and Trump's own efforts to hide both his business and personal records from before & during his Presidency.
- If you liked conservative culture & symbols of the country, you should be furious at Trump bulldozing the White House, putting his own name on the Kennedy Center, and minting a coin in his own likeness.
- If you wanted deterrence through strength, you should be furious at the weakening of our international alliances, and at this Administration's warmongering.
If you don't like the way the country has gone in the past year, you should be pressuring the representatives you voted for - Democrat & Republican, at the local, state, and federal levels, to find ways to push back on the excesses of this government. You should be telling your news sources this is _not_ what you voted for. You should be threatening boycotts of companies that endorse Trump.
Every reason people cited to support Trump has been turned on its head, and any politician who refuses to see that should be voted out, or where allowed by law, recalled by their states.
